Over at aschool.us I have been creating several different tools to help with random selections.

• Random Student Selector The original random student selector. The advantage of this over other programs is that it is random but gives preference to those that have not yet been selected.
• Flash Random Student Selector A flash version of the above program.
• Random Group Generator This program will divide a given list of students into separate groups based on size requested size. Groups can either be balanced in size or maximized.
• Random Group Mixer This random program will randomly pair individuals from each list into groups. If one group is larger than the other some of the resulting groups will be larger in size.
